A great spot for families!

The room was spacious with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and spotlessly clean with shampoo and body soap provided. Loved the free onsite parking and the staff were super welcoming. It was just a few minutes to the beach which was perfect for the kids!

The garden area was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine, and the toys kept the kids entertained. We had a lovely stay, particularly enjoying the spacious bar area with games for children.

Felt truly looked after, no complaint.

From the moment I stepped in, I felt enveloped in warmth from the staff who truly made me feel at home. My room was spotless and perfect, just a hop skip away from the beach and all the action in town. Had a great time with friends! Perfect location near the beach and shops. The staff were super accommodating, and the place was so clean. I recommend checking out the local bars and theatres. Just a heads up, you might want to arrive right at check-in time since the common areas close early.

One downside was the common area shutting at 9pm, which left us searching for a place to hang out since our room was too small for the group.

the applewood hotel was amazin for my solo trip. super comfy room and the staff were super friendly, got a free upgrade which was a nice touch. the garden outside was realy pretty and it’s only a short walk to the town center. everything was spotless too, really loved my stay!

the only issue i had was no air conditioning, which made the room a bit hot at night, and the parking was kinda tight.

Noise from street traffic really disrupted the experience!!! The absence of elevators can be problematic for carrying heavy luggage up multiple floors!!! Limited WiFi access added frustration during my stay!!!

The bar also closed early, which felt restrictive. On another note, the walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms, which interrupted my rest a bit. Still, the overall cleanliness and staff friendliness made the stay enjoyable despite a few bumps.

I absolutely loved the warm and inviting decor of the Applewood Hotel. The common areas were cosy and accessible, making it comfortable for seniors. The friendly hospitality made me feel right at home during my stay.
